About the Show

Dinner theatre was served up fresh in this unique collaboration between some of Vancouver’s most innovative theatre artists and newcomers to Canada. One part cooking show, one part biography and one part dinner party, this theatrical feast celebrated the one thing that unites us all – food.

Over the three-month period leading up to the performances, the newcomers and the theatre artists met, taught each other a cherished recipe and created a piece of theatre out of that collaboration. The audience watched the play from communal tables and shared a four-dish meal with the performers.
